Anne Murray (born June 20, 1945) is a Canadian singer, known for her country, adult contemporary, and soft rock music. Over her 40 year career, Murray released 33 studio albums and sold 55 million records worldwide. Her biggest international hits include "Snowbird" (1970), "Danny's Song" (1972), "You Won't See Me" (1974), "You Needed Me" (1978) and "Daydream Believer" (1980). Murray retired from performing and recording in 2008.
