So, it's been brought to my attention that just posting my press bio is both lame and lazy, so here I am to give you my abridged life story... I was born on Guam into a military family, moved to Boston, moved to Texas, moved to Virginia, moved to Florida. My Dad taught me to play guitar at an age so early I don't remember not being able to play. When I was 14, my Dad bought me a 4-track recorder, which I promptly became obsessed with and started writing songs. After mustering the courage to sing in public, I played my first show when I was sixteen. I made a whopping $80 that night, and have since played every bar, coffee house, club, etc. I could get into. Along the way, I started my first band (ingeniously called the Chuck Carrier Band), which morphed into another band (Marathon), which fell apart and sent me back to square one. Let's see, what else? My favorite color is blue, my favorite fruit is the peach, and I have the ability to summon all the neighborhood cats by making a very specific noise with my mouth. Chuck P.S.
