Michael Levasseur is a singer-songwriter and instrumentalist born in Brooklyn, New York, raised in a tiny town in South Carolina, and currently living in Portland, Oregon. He has put out 4 albums and played countless shows under the name Michael the Blind. Michael the Blind's most recent album, "Are's & Els" was released June 5, 2012 to critical praise from sources far and wide such as the Onion A.V.     PDX Pop Now! -- Portland's premier local music advocacy organization - has announced the line up for the 7th annual festival.. PDX Pop Now! will be returning to Rotture (320 SE 2nd Ave) on July 30th, 31st and August 1st for the free, all-ages festival that showcases Portland's diverse musical talent..     ryan remains Anyone looking for an Upright Bass? 3/4 Palatino, used - adjustable bridge w/ some rock and roll "art" on the body. Comes w/ bow, hard case, and Fishman BP100 Pickup - all for $800.
