As the "Non Chalants", "Art Sharks", and the "No No Proto Band" centered in San Francisco in the 70's ; "Cargo Cult" and "Stair" in New York during the 80's, the 90's touring around Ohio, New York State, California, Pennsylvania, Saskatchewan, Canada and numerous small scenes probably in your neighborhood throughout the 2100's .Since the Lou Reed produced RCA Album, " Wild Angel" (1976) Nelson has chosen to remain obscure in pursuit of purity and originality over fame and shame.
