Long and shorts of it at the mo, i started as a dj influenced heavily by hardcore/jungle progressed through to dnb and liquid, found garage thanks to a friend and started writing bars....got pissed off with mc's so i started clashing any time, any place, any where even in the most grim places imaginable. Formed the U.C. (Urban Collective) in 2001 with founding member D-Man, with MC's Yungblud and Ebony Jae. Kicked it on all the major underground radio stations, and between us all we got on every station known : Mission FM/Y2K, Flava, Delight, Raw Mission, De Ja Vu... to name a few. Kept the sound dark but then times began to change as and underground UKG started moving to another more experimental form. I started producing warming to the experimental/breaky sounds. Yungblud and Jae followed there own paths and soon after H.O.D. joined us from his original crew Urban Storm. We resumed to hit pirate radio's as hard as possible from 2003 onwards and took up a spot on Pyrotechnic radio. Productions where in full flow and i was approached by J Da Flex from BBC1xtra for the tunes i had produced and soon after came down on the garage weekender with all the Future and current talents that you will know of now. Label was then created in 2005 : Urban Graffiti with the sole intention to help build the scene alongside the other labels.....Now its all about pushing the sound as far as it can go and to push the boundaries to the limits and beyond. Nothing is out of the relms of possibility so free your mind of stereotypes and go fourth to create - peace
