Safety Scissors* formed in the spring of 2005 in North-end Halifax. Meant only as a summer fling, members Chad Peck (guitar, vocals), Andrew Gordon (guitar, vocals), Adam Hartling (drums) and Tim McLeod (bass) are lasting well beyond summer’s end." - Written by Carly Currie.
This was the press release for our first record. After we released it, we were contacted by another artist who had been releasing records for a while under the name Safety Scissors. We both decided it was best if we changed our name. We are now The Medium Mood, and our debut full length will be released in the spring of 2006.
