The seeds of Bloody Mess were sewn in Ryan and Will's previous band, Hell Slayer, in which they played comedy punk covers with a metal twist. The idea for Bloody Mess came about in 2005 when Ryan and Will started thinking about Grindcore and found it suited to the less-than-ideal rigours of recording over the Internet. In April 2006 the band became a reality when work began on the first album in Scaniport, Scotland and the pair completed their 82-track debut album in December of that year.
Not pausing to catch their breath, the band recruited new members (Bartek Jarski, Khizar Jamil and Jan de Jong) and spent 2007 writing their sophomore album. The result was The Black Metal Pantomime, a 99-song collection which continued from where Metall left off. The album was released on Christmas Eve and was preceded by a download-only release of the band’s anti-Christmas song, Satan Claus.
Writing began for the band's third album in September 2008 and after sporadic recording sessions lasting over two years, Giallo was released in February 2011. Featuring just the core band of of Ryan and Will, it showcased a new acoustic, avant garde direction.
2) Bloody Mess is a Polish heavy metal band from Warsaw. They released their debut album "Broken Things" in April 2018.
