After highschool, Ashley headed off to Rhode Island to explore all its features. Music passed between her fingertips and many songs were written and recorded. After hurricanes of adventure, Lauren Ashley Erickson arrived in Olympia, Washington with Kenny Tarentino and later Andrew Doresett joined them. Olympia the great K state, gave the three and others a chance to record with Karl Blau and L.A.K.E. is what was birthed. Though other reports can be found, this one is based on memory, hearsay and much music listening.
