Tim Clift and Alec Burton have been friends and bandmates for years. Burton was in Sado-Nation before the two met and became part of the hit 80’s band, Confidentials. Local rock historian SP Clarke writes in his history of this city’s rock scene that Confidentials were the first real challenge to the rock supremacy of Billy Rancher’s Unreal Gods (a very big deal at the time) and played alongside Billy Idol, Adam Ant, English Beat, Oingo Boingo, X, and more. Danny Moffat is a 28-year-old songwriter who arrived to PDX by way of Seattle and New Zealand. He left behind fruitful kiwi bands The Future’s Bright and Frend, as well as Levels (Seattle).
