We want you to know that some of our songs talk about oppressive systems, mental illness, body dysphoria and bleeding. We think it's important to talk about this stuff but it can still be hard to hear sometimes. If you aren't feeling up to hearing people shout about these things right now maybe you can find a better time to listen to our album"
