Maureen Gubia, (born October 11, 1984 in Guayaquil, Ecuador) is an artist with creative outlets including painting, animation and self-produced music recordings. Since 2006, under the alias of Gubia, experimental music collaborations with Un peu de thé (Poland), Psy-No-Ark (Ecuador), Matthew Mullane (USA), Ø-yn (Argentina), Philip Kruse (USA) and Leporian (Ecuador), amongst others, have taken place either in situ or via online.
