Hunting Lions were a version of the band previously known as Pyrotank, from Oldham, Manchester, in 2007. They consisted of Jack Hardman on Guitars/Keyboard, Andrew Greenland on Drums and Paul Barrow on Bass/Keyboard. They recorded the song 'The Occupiers' and released it on their myspace. The sound of the band had changed from it's previous incarnation, shifting from vaguely proggy acoustic pieces to minimalistic indie with abstract lyrics. The band played three gigs in Oldham and Rochdale and Smithybridge respectively

Andy quit, with the intention of joinging the army, and the band decided to once more drop all of their songs, and changed their name many times, eventually settling on Morning.
