Formed somwhere around 2004-5 by Ryan Mitton(drums), Sheldon Smith(bass), Rob Stone(guitars) and Bryan Forslund(vocals). Beckoning from it's dark and moody post rock roots ILB pushes boundaries by supplementing its instrumental foundation with a vocal element not usually associated with popular bands in this genre. Melody, power, atmosphere, unpredictability and a general appreciation for dynamics best describe the band. After a resounding response to their 2005 release of the EP "Crescent" ILB spent the next 3 years touring.

Melody, power, atmosphere, unpredictability and a general appreciation for dynamics best describe the band. After a resounding response to their 2005 release of the EP "Crescent" ILB spent the next 3 years touring. In late 2007 writing for ther first full length began in earnest. After a lengthy recording process and a few set backs ILB is set to release their album entitled "One Hundred Miles Down the Nile" in early 2010.
