Jeremy Benson has spent a good portion of the last 10 years as a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter for the New Jersey indie folk-rock band, Roadside Graves. He has toured around the country, performing at venues ranging from Red Rocks to the Troubadour and the 40 Watt, to barns, farms, tattoo shops, and bowling alleys. He currently lives in the Sugar Hill neighborhood of Harlem in New York City.

Jeremy Benson has released to solo albums thus far. Darksongs was released on December 25th, 2004. The album is available for free download at http://jeremybenson.bandcamp.com/album/darksongs. Darksongs is comprised mostly of Jeremy with his acoustic guitar. However, he is occasionally accompanied by other backing musicians and singers. His second album, Wild Palms, was released on June 1st, 2011; though his bandcamp website claims that it was released in 2025.
