Jeremy Serwer was born in Salt Lake City Utah August 5th 1970 to an Athiest and an unpracticing Jew. Jeremy Began his musical Journey on Drums and then switched to guitar after destroying his flimsy Kit. Jeremy was highly influenced by Kiss and other hard rock acts of the late 70's and 80's but also dug into his mothers Record collection which consisted of the Emerson Lake and Palmer, The Moody Bluesand the Beatles. Jeremy was probably most influenced as a songwriter by his mothers record collection concentrating on the moody and harmony laden sounds of the 60's and 70's.
Jeremy Currently resides in Tucson AZ after a long stint in Portland OR where he left his long time band Rich man's Burden not long after completing the full length CD "Whispers". Jeremy spent a short period in San Francisco where he released his solo effort "FM" in which "Spark" is the first single. "FM" was recorded in Portland with producer/engineer Adara Blake. Long Time music collaborator Ali Ippolito lends her skills as well as Chris Chard, Amanda and Jenni Price as well as Jim Ragland. Jeremy put out an ep with his new band Seashell Radio in Tucson entitled Blue Skies Over Black Markets" which they supported on a west coast tour in the fall of 2009. Jeremy has started work on his 2nd full length effort called "Face Down" working with producer/engineer Fen Ikner. Potential release in fall 2009.
