Joe Mande (born March 16, 1983) is an American stand-up comedian and writer based in Los Angeles.
Joe has appeared on such TV shows as Comedy Central's The Half Hour, VH1's Best Week Ever and Conan.[1] He is also the author of the book Look At This Fucking Hipster.
In 2009, Time Out New York named Joe the city's “Best New Comedian.”
Mande is currently a writer for the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. He has also written for the Comedy Central sketch series Kroll Show and the Adult Swim series Delocated.

Joe is an alumnus of Emerson College in Boston. He was in one of the sketch comedy troupes on campus.
