JUMENT(the beast of burden) was started originally by sir castannelli(i shot them) and luke sorenson(GAZA) and went by the name "CZAR". CZAR never played a show, but instead paved the way for what was to become JUMENT. the name changed to JUMENT when cris wilder(sir's brother) started playing drums. After writing 4 songs cris went to humbolt for school and was replaced by wade david(behold the white horse) after writing two more songs, they recorded a six song demo.

After writing 4 songs cris went to humbolt for school and was replaced by wade david(behold the white horse) after writing two more songs, they recorded a six song demo. JUMENT was maintained as a two piece side project to "I shot them" for a year until parker de'armond was recruted on bass. Wade David has since left the band and was replaced by Mike Manfredo, and Batty joined them to do vox. They have a secret three-track instrumental recording floating around too.
