Scott Reynolds is a well travelled singer who got his first spot in the limelight taking over for Dave Smalley in ALL. He appeared on three studio LPs and one live release before leaving the band. His next stop was in Washington, where he formed Goodbye Harry. Twice. The first line-up recorded Food Stamp BBQ in 1994 and the second line-up recorded I Can Smoke! in 1996. Reynolds then moved east to the Buffalo, NY. He then formed The Pavers, which released a handful of releases before dissolving.

Ever the rounded-footed one, Reynolds relocated to Austin, where he has been involved in a number of projects, including The Bonesaw Romance, a side project with ALL guitarist Stephen Egerton, and putting together a career retrospective called "Livin' the Dream".
