Biography Spacebag is an instrumental power trio and self-proclaimed “party prog metal” band from Seattle featuring Dave Webb (Girth, Wah Wah Exit Wound) on guitar, Luke LaPlante (Sean) on keyboard, and Andrew Gormley (Rorschach, Kiss It Goodbye, Playing Enemy, Shai Halud) on drums. Spacebag is still in search of a home and support to help with the release of this album in different formats. At long last, they are disciples of all of the above and beholden to none of them. “Magnetic Struggle” is like Deep Purple exploding, a lo-fi opera of metallic bombast that will probably make a believer out of your most anti-prog pals.
