Tim Carr is an artist from the mid north coast of NSW, Australia. He only has two tracks released, which aren't even officially released, but are featured on the soundtrack to The Blackhead Chronicles DVD (released in 2004). These two tracks are 'I'm Spittin That Out' and 'Banjo Dance Mix', both of which are generic disco beat tracks overlayed with voice samples taken from (I'm Spittin That Out) the Blackhead Chronicles DVD, and (Banjo Dance Mix) That 70's Show.

Several of the voice samples for 'I'm Spittin That Out' were provided my Ben Patterson, who is the inspiration for that song after quoting 'I'm spittin that out' after eating a handful of four year old flour.
On LastFM there is two artists labelled Tim Carr. Tracks labelled 'Tim Carr_track 1' are not from the same artist who made "I'm Spittin That Out"
