Timmy the Terror and the Winter Coats is a not a band, but a self-proclaimed noise rock outfit and affinity group for religious zealots. They have been performing and releasing music in Portland, Oregon for five years. Their shows include but are not limited to: extremely loud cacophony, the use of anywhere between five and nine band members including sometimes three drum kits and off kilter instruments such as oscillators and trumpets, visually stunning sensory overload, and politically and spiritually charged performance art.
