Here’s your chance to hear the classics of honky-tonk, performed by Portland’s staunchest country traditionalists. Hard-core Bakersfield twang right out of the playbooks of Buck Owens and Merle Haggard, unaffected by the homogenized, country-pop of today. The Liverpool influence becomes apparent later in the evening as "The Buckles" serve up a highly listenable and eminently danceable set.
