PORTLAND, OR - Those hodads from the Bossanova Ballroom turn into rock and roll monsters again for their new spring show, Bikini Creature Beach Feature, (from the producers of last year’s coolest haunted house around “The Blood Shack” and variety shows “Glitter and Gore” and “The Copyright Infringement Before Xmas”) plays for one weekend only, March 31st through April 3rd, doors at 7pm, show at 8pm at The Bossanova Ballroom, 722 E. Burnside. Tickets are just $12 and can be purchased online at www.portlandmercury.com. Bikini Creature Beach Feature is not for kids. Ages 21 and up only. Bikini Creature Beach Feature, is written by musician and set designer Matt Stanger (The Lordy Lords, Blood Shack haunted attraction), featuring live music sound track by The Lordy Lords and Guantanamo Baywatch and acting performances by Tana the Tattooed Lady, Nik Sin (Mini-Marilyn Manson), Russel Brunner (Swingtime), Greg Bigoni (online comic series “Mudtown”), Jeff Gardner (DH’s Grand Guignol, Cirque de-Cision: A Monty Python Tribute), Ian Kennedy (Grand Guignol) and Desirae Stewart (DH’s Grand Guignol, Cirque de-Cision: A Monty Python Tribute). Dylan Hillerman directs (Dylan Hillerman’s Grand Guignol, Rod Serling in “Glitter and Gore”). Bikini Creature Beach Feature, is a satirical take on anything from the Frankie & Annette 1960’s beach party movies, grind-house biker flicks, to the B-horror genre; a bouillabaisse of characters like the one-gorilla wrecking crew “Randy Bananas”, sexy, pregnant and dune-buggy obsessed wiccan, “The Sand Witch”, the shambling & acrobatic terror of “The Sea Monster”, and a gaggle of bikini clad beach girls! This show has no redeeming social-value WHATSOEVER, so if sex, drugs, rock & roll and little people offend you, this comedy is definitely not for you. The Bossanova’s Bikini Creature Beach Feature, runs March 31st through April 3rd, The Bossanova Ballroom, 722 E. Burnside. Tickets are just $12 in advance and can be purchased online at www.portlandmercury.com or $15 at the door. General admission tickets first come first serve.
