The Eventuals’ songs range from sludgy power pop to orchestral ballads. Most build from a foundation of psychedelic folk. The Eventuals employ instrumentation such as cello, trumpet, classical guitar, percussions and synthesizers. Their lyrics are often surreal and allegorical. The Eventuals formed in 2010 to give a full live sound to Christopher Buckingham’s self produced songs.
