(2) Originally from Ballarat but now based in Melbourne, DOWNRIVER are a strange mix of 4 individuals all expressing their devotion to the church of the almighty riff. The timeline so far - PART ONE: In 2001 a cd is recorded as a 3-piece...the idea was to just rock out and maybe never even play a gig. PART TWO: In January 2006 the original drummer becomes a 2nd guitarist and a new drummer steps in. PART THREE: August 2006, a gig happens and a legend is born. PART FOUR: October 2007 a new cd is being recorded and the legend begins to spread.............................................PART FIVE:????WATCH THIS SPACE and be prepared for more gigs.
