Tara Ellis, who got her start in the Seattle scene behind a drum kit, combines precise rhythmic guitar playing with her sultry vocal delivery to help forge a dialogue between the music and the audience. Fritz Martin, bassist and backing vocalist, began in the Midwest hardcore scene before branching into blues and funk. Bill Harms, with a predominately blues background, approches rock keys cinematically rather than structurally – a philosophy that sings through in the fluidity and ambiance of his playing. Completing the line up is Bob Zammit on drums, whose explosive style and focus can be attributed to his experiences in pop punk and drum corps.
