An electro-pop songwriter and performer, he joins forces on stage with the Organism, a computer program custom designed to control sound, lighting, and video. The music they produce is an amalgamation of pounding beats and percolating synths that sound like the illegitimate brain-child of a pairing between Depeche Mode and Daft Punk.
The full show combines DJ lighting, projected video, and video game controllers, bathing the audience in light and sound, and allowing them to participate in the show using Wii remotes and Rock Band controllers. Together, this duo has performed in several venues and festivals around the Pacific Northwest, sharing the stage with other synth-based musicians such as The Pragmatic, Pink Noise, label mates Radio Way, and Joy Electric.
Lectronin has an EP released on HiCap Records, and is currently working on a full length album scheduled for release in early 2011 on the same label.
