Born in a small welsh town, Mountain Ash, the seed of Rachel's interest in music was planted from nights of listening to Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, Neil Young, and many more fantastic artists. She joined the school choir and the local town choir to try and understand the art of singing a little better.
Given a guitar for her 18th birthday, Rachel taught herself four chords and wrote her first song called “Seventh Colour of the Rainbow”. Following a degree in Illustration in Swansea

Given a guitar for her 18th birthday, Rachel taught herself four chords and wrote her first song called “Seventh Colour of the Rainbow”. Following a degree in Illustration in Swansea, Rachel entered a singer/songwriter competition in Swansea with Stewart Cable as one of the judges. Entering with Under the Weeping Tree, she won a home recording system.
Moving from Wales to Maastricht to record her first EP, 'Pocket Full Of Dreams', was released in April 2010.
